Living Well with WiL is a personal fitness, health and wellness brand whose mission is to nurture the health and happiness of my clients in mind body and Spirit. My goal is to reconnect my clients with themselves, their families, friends and one another through the principles of compassion, cause, conversation, collaboration, the celebration of self and each other.
