Living Well With WiL is not just about physical fitness but about maximizing every aspect of your life and becoming the best version of yourself. I believe that by addressing all aspects of a person's wellbeing, we can better understand how their physical fitness and mental health are intrinsically connected. I work closely with each of my clients to identify their goals and create a tailored program designed to help them reach their aspirations and beyond.

At Living Well With WiL, we believe that awareness, improving the quality of life, health and wellness of the community and supporting those socially marginalized is paramount to create acceptance, change and unity within the community.
As an Educator, Founder of Living Well with WiL, LGBTQIA+ advocate, inspirational speaker, and ISSA certified Restorative Health, Wellness, Self-help, Relationship, Lifestyle and Fitness Coaching Specialist of 30 years, my priority and focus is to leverage the broad depth of my professional expertise and personal experience with social marginalization, trauma, and sexual abuse to support black men whose lives are impacted by emotional trauma, sexual abuse, social marginalization, discrimination, depression, anxiety, and mental illness. Through a combination of expert knowledge in mental health, social media platforms, and partnerships with organizations across the Dallas Metroplex, we aim to provide support and resources to individuals who are impacted by anxiety, stress, depression, mental illness, PTSD and HIV. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals take control of their mental and physical well-being and live life to the fullest.

Self-care, family, friendship, and community are essential to leading a healthy and happy life. As the founder of Living Well With WiL, my purpose and priority is to support men and those whose lives are impacted by social marginalization, trauma stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, social stigmas, and HIV. My focus is on providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where men from all backgrounds and lifestyles can explore their inner selves, their challenges, and their strengths to overcome the trauma of sexual abuse, addiction, social stigmas and marginalization through fitness, selfcare and social bonding.
Through my restorative health and wellness programs, I strive to educate, uplift, and empower men to live the healthy and happy lives they deserve in mind, body, and spirit.
