As Dallas Voice Readers Voice physical health, wellness and lifestyle coach of 2020 and 2021; the story of Living Well With WIL began in 2010 when I decided to leave my presumed coveted eight year duty post as one of Equinox Gyms top trainers to redirect the focus of my purpose and garnered skills as a fitness trainer, behavioral specialist, inspirational speaker and educator to help my clients physically, mentally, emotional, spiritually and socially improve their quality of life. While over the course of my many years training the broad demographic of my clients I discovered that the common goal between each of my client's struggles lied deeper within. They all had the same aspiration to be healthy, happy, heard, socially acknowledged, and successful. Like myself; they all felt overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, totally burnt, at a crossroad and sought a new direction in life. He is a renowned holistic lifestyle coach in Dallas.
Throughout my struggle towards health and happiness I began to proactively live the life I aspired towards by seeking the help I needed and surrounding myself by those who genuinely, equally supported, and poured into me.
Seeing their was a need for fitness and wellness programs which approached physical health and wellness from a preventative and holistic approach; I founded Living Well With WiL to help my clients derive at solutions to addressing the everyday struggles with their physical health and wellness goals; while training them; I discovered helping my clients process in this capacity proved to be beneficial to supporting their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social needs, as well as my own.
Thus was born the 8 Principles to health, happiness, wellness and success, and the mission of Living Well With WIL to help those whose lives are impacted by stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD live the healthy and happy lives they deserved by empowering them to take care of themselves in mind, body, and spirit.
Today I remain on my journey towards health and happiness to help my clients live the healthy and happy lives we all deserve.
