It has been a long time. Our friends have missed us.
In the wake of the Carona Virus and, to get us back on a normal fitness routine; beginning May 30th through June 30th I will be hosting several of my BROTHERHOOD BOOTCAMPS for men, BODY-DYNAMICS group fitness for men and women, and the FITT and Run group fitness gatherings in Reverchon Park. The group will meet for a quick exercise routine and hit the Katy Trail.
FITT(Fitness Interval Training Techniques) exercise program, the BROTHERHOOD BOOTCAMPS for men, BODY-DYNAMICS group fitness for men and women, and the FITT and Run group fitness exercise program is a 40 minute synergistic exercise program which targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously to improve you cardi vascular endurance, core stability, strength, flexibility, and mobility.
