Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory of motivation which states that there are five categories of human needs which serves as mediators between an individual's mindset and their behaviors. The natural order in which one places their needs, nurtures one’s desire to please, to feel a sense of accomplishment, greater purpose, and that they are a contribution to either others, the communities they live in or the workplace. Most importantly; the world. The Hierarchy of needs are physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. I should note to expand upon Maslow's theory
of needs by adding spiritual needs, intellectual needs, aspirational needs, and social needs.
The goal of the Give More! Live More Be More Wellness group chat is to bring together those from diverse lifestyles, backgrounds, professions, ages, and genders to discuss the topics which matter to us most and need to be discussed to guide us all on the paths to living the healthy and happy lives we deserve, doing our part to support one another and to make the world a healthier and happier place.
When we each do our part to take care of ourselves, and support one another; friendships are formed, memories are made. Lives are transformed, and together we make the world a healthier and happier place.
