The FIITT (Fitness Intensity Interval Training Techniques)Virtual Group Fitness program is a 30 minute total body fitness, interval, training techniques fitness program. This is the blueprint to helping you improve your health, in mind, body, and spirit and is designed to help you create your own exercise program to target multiple muscle groups simultaneously while toning and firming your midsection, arms, and glutes, building muscle, improving your cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.
* 5 minute warm-up. What would you like to get out of today's session?
* 20 minute personal guided fitness instruction.
* 5 minute meditative reflection and cool down. What will you do today to stay in a positive, healthy and happy place?
YOU WILL NEED:
*A smiling face.
*Light to medium dumbbells
*Light to medium resistance bands
