Your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing are important. The slogan, It's more than just fitness speaks for itself.  Physical Health and Wellness Coaching Specialist WiL Turner and Living Well with WiL are the trifecta of service to others and helping all people take better care of themselves in mind, body, and spirit. Staying physically active, healthier eating,  having a positive mindset, conversations and social interactions nurtures our quality of life.  Building the foundations of healthy and happy lives, and meaningful relationships with our family, friends, coworkers, and others requires us to take accountability for our own health, happiness, degree of reciprocation and success.

Selfcare is the proactive process in which we choose to mindfully pour in ourselves and those we love. 

WiL's approach to physical health, and wellness are tailored to suit men, women, and those with high stress level jobs and helping them take better care of themselves by maintaining a healthy live and work balance.

None of his clients goals nor their programs are the same. WiL's 8 Principles to Health, Happiness, Wellness and success and the FIITT with WiL exercise program are designed to nurture healthy and happy people, communities, meaningful relationships, and a better quality of life in mind, body and spirit not only for his clients  but also for those whose lives are impacted by social and emotional anxiety, isolation, social marginalization, loneliness, stress, depression, PTSD and HIV.


When people ask him what he does for a living, he responds by saying, It is not what I do for a living; It is what I love doing, period! I find joy in bringing people of diverse social backgrounds, professional occupations, ages, and lifestyles together; helping them solve the problems and process the complexity and challenges of their daily lives through conversation, listening, making the process of accountability an experience that is positive, self-reflective, empowering, life enriching, sustainable and fun. 

Through his own personal experiences, professional experience once upon a time as an educator and as a fitness, health and wellness specialist I provide my clients with a variety of solutions in personalized physical health, and wellness solutions to help them take care of themselves not only physically, but also mentally, spiritually, emotionally and socially. 

WiL's life's mission, purpose and priority remains to make the world a healthier and happier place as he is forever gratefully devoted to his clients and helping them take absolute better care of themselves from within by guiding them through the process of doing the inner work necessary to nurture the  life of health and happiness they deserve. 

WiL's experience in the fitness industry spans over 20 years. His career in the fitness industry began as the youth recreation coordinator at Golds Gym and recreation program manager at the YMCA in Upstate NY. He has been working in the fitness, health and wellness industry to some capacity ever since. The best thing about WiL is that he devotes his life and the sharing of his expertise in fitness, health and wellness program development to help his clients and those seeking to nurture healthier lifestyles, relationships and to take better care of themselves in mind, body, and spirit. It is important his clients understand the importance and impact of taking care of themselves.
