Four healthy meals and selecting a better quality of foods helps us look better, feel better, and live better.

 

Growing up in a household of vegetarians as a teenager was cruel and unusual punishment. Although I was allergic to a variety of foods; lentils, barley and tofu was not my ideal meal of the day. 

Jumping some 30 years ahead I realize that it was my love hate relationship with healthy eating that nurtured my love for a variety of all types of foods. 

Thus was born a perpetual foody and my recipe book, Eat it!
